Plenty of cars to ticket at park
Rush hour at the Claremont Wilderness Park is usually around Saturday and Sunday mornings as many visitors seek to enjoy the outdoors on their day off. With the new parking lot near the entrance still not open, park goers still ignore the no parking signs along Mills Avenue south of the park. By 10 a.m. Saturday, Claremont police officer Stephanie Vienna had given well over 30 parking tickets with plenty of cars to go. COURIER photo/Peter Weinberger
