The East San Gabriel Valley Japanese Community Center, the City of West Covina, and Plaza West Covina celebrate Japanese culture by hosting a free and open to the public 2 to 7 p.m. cherry blossom festival at 112 Plaza Dr., Saturday, April 26. Festivities include Japanese food and retail vendors, a 21+ beer garden, music and dance groups, martial arts performers and photo opportunities with Japanese characters.
