California Botanic Garden’s annual Garden of Verses Poetry Festival kicks off national poetry month and CalBG’s wildflower month Saturday, April 6, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Walk garden paths with multiple poetry and activity stations hosted by Friends of the Claremont Library’s Fourth Saturdays Poetry group, Southern California Haiku Study Group, The Pasadena Poets, and All About Town Poets.

This event is included with April 6 admission: $10 for adults, $6 for students and seniors, and $4 for children ages 3 to 12. Kids under 3 are free. More information is at calbg.org/event.
