The City of Claremont released the La Puerta/Trumark Homes Draft Environmental Impact Report July 25 and is asking for residents’ feedback on the document until Friday, September 8. View the DEIR at ci.claremont.ca.us.

The draft includes a plan proposed by Trumark Homes for 56 detached single-family homes near La Puerta Sports Park. However, it does not include environmental studies on the 87-unit “builders remedy” project recently submitted by Trumark Homes, or a project-level environmental study of the 137-unit project described in the recently adopted housing element update.
