Claremont nonprofit receives $10,000 grant

Claremont-based nonprofit ConductAbility, Inc., will provide additional services to people with disabilities thanks to a recent $10,000 grant from The Albertsons Companies Foundation, The Vons Foundation, and The Pavilions Foundation.

ConductAbility, Inc. aides those ages six months old to young adults who have physical impairments such as cerebral palsy, spina bifida, and stroke-related issues through programs that foster independence, self-esteem, and a positive attitude. Go to conductability.org to learn more.
