CMC to host talk with film and TV producer Christine Vachon

Claremont McKenna College’s Film Studies Program will host a free and public talk with film producer and Independent Spirit and Gotham Award winner Christine Vachon from 4 to 5 p.m. Monday, November 13 at Kravis Hall, 888 N. Columbia Ave., Claremont.

Vachon co-founded Killer Films in 1995 which has produced over 100 works including “Kids,” “I Shot Andy Warhol,” “Happiness,” “Boys Don’t Cry,” “Far From Heaven,” “One Hour Photo,” and “Still Alice.” Vachon has also executive produced the Emmy- and Golden Globe-winning miniseries “Mildred Pierce” for HBO as well as the Emmy-winning limited series “Halston” for Netflix.
