CUSD hosts ‘The Power of Women in Leadership’ October 15
Claremont Unified School District invites CUSD families and students to attend “The Power of Women in Leadership,” a free 6:30 p.m. event on Tuesday, October 15 at the Don F. Fruechte Theatre for the Performing Arts, 1601 N. Indian Hill Blvd., Claremont.
The event includes a panel discussion with keynote speaker Robin Avelar La Salle, founder and president of Orenda Education; Noticiero Telemundo 52 news anchor Dunia Elvir; Darlene Berg, personal trainer and owner of Endless Fitness; Lisa Braun-Ward, relationship manager in government markets at Empower; Nita L. Watson, founder of The Self Care Lab Boxing & Fitness Club; California State University, San Bernardino, Vice Provost for Academic Programs Kelly Campbell; and Amanda Aguilar, a self-love and empowerment coach and host of the podcast, “Embrace Her Evolution.”
