House of Ruth, a Claremont domestic violence assistance nonprofit, hosts a walk-a-thon fundraiser, with vendors, live entertainment and an opportunity drawing, from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, May 3 at Bonita High School, 3102 D St., La Verne.
