The Los Angeles County Fair is seeking adult and youth entries for its home arts and culinary competitions, some of which award cash prizes.

The online deadline for home arts entries and the preserved food culinary category is Thursday, February 15. Home arts and preserved food entries are due in-person by Saturday, March 2 at the fairgrounds, 1101 W. McKinley Ave., Pomona. Online entries are due March 28, in-person April 22 for the baked food and confections culinary category.

The home arts youth division includes a section for Girl and Boy scout troops. Scouts can enter as a troop or individually. Horticulture and livestock competitions are also accepting entries. For a complete list of all competitions and rules, visit lacountyfair.com/competitions.
