Claremont and Rancho Cucamonga are among the local communities commemorating the 22nd anniversary of the September 11 attacks.

Claremont’s takes place at AgingNext’s National Day of Service event from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday, September 11 at the Spring Street Center, 141 Spring St., Claremont.

Rancho Cucamonga will remember the attacks with a free and open to the public 8:40 a.m. ceremony at Central Park’s Freedom Courtyard, 11200 Base Line Rd., that is expected to last about 30 minutes. Visit cityofrc.us/events for more info.
