The City of Rancho Cucamonga recently opened a new electric vehicle charging station at RC Sports Center, 8309 Rochester Ave., which includes four 200-kilowatt direct current fast charger EV charging stations currently priced at $0.35 per kW.

The chargers can supply a significant charge in about 20 to 30 minutes, are compatible with most modern EVs. Each station has two connectors, both of which are the combined charging system. A North American charging standard connector will be added in the future.
