Pomona Concert Band’s free and open to the public holiday concert, “Happy Holidays,” begins at 7:30 p.m. Friday, December 12 at Palomares Park Community Center, 499 E. Arrow Hwy., Pomona. The show, directed by Linda Taylor and emceed by Pomona Mayor Tim Sandoval, includes “Festival Fanfare for Christmas,” “African Holy Night,” “Midnight Sleighride,” “Fairytale of New York,” “‘Twas the Night Before …” “A Christmas Carol,” “The Eighth Candle,” “The Polar Express,” and “Irving Berlin’s Christmas.” Learn more at pomonaconcertband.org.
