The Pomona Concert Band hosts its 78th annual summer concert series at Ganesha Park, 1575 N. White Ave., Pomona, at 7:30 p.m. Thursday evenings starting July 10 through August 28, with a bonus concert on Sunday, August 24.

The July 10 concert, “Viva Musica,” will be followed by “An Eclectic Experience” July 17, “A Bark in the Park” July 24, “The Great U.S.A.” July 31, “Linda’s Musical Kaleidoscope” August 7, “Echoes of Gershwin” August 14, “Music Through the Decades” August 21, and “Salute to America” August 28. The bonus concert with the Golden State British Brass Band is 6 p.m. Sunday, August 24. More info is at pomonaconcertband.org.
