Recent support from San Antonio Hospital Foundation’s Ladies Legacy Initiative, private donors, Stater Bros., and the Saraphine Patricia and Gaius Andrew Capoccia-Pegues Fund has helped San Antonio Hospital maintain its giving closet. The program helps mothers and newborns transition from hospital to home. The closet distributed 222 items in 2025, including car seats, strollers, diapers, baby bottles, wipes, breastfeeding supplies, blankets, clothing, and other necessities.
