Residents can take a survey at surveymonkey.com/r/claremontstr to help the City of Claremont develop “effective and balanced short-term rental regulations,” according to a post on the city’s website, ci.claremont.ca.us.

Short-term rentals are properties which allow for stays of less than 30 days and are reserved through websites such as Airbnb and Vrbo. Currently the city does not allow home rentals under the 30-day duration.
