The Webb Schools sophomore Eric Gu recently played a violin solo at Carnegie Hall in New York during a concert with Classical European Music Academy Los Angeles, an all-ages orchestra and violin academy, for the Symphonic Series for Bands and Orchestras.

Eric’s solo, a famous Chinese violin concerto knowns as “The Butterfly Lovers,” was assigned to him by his violin teacher Magdolna Berezvai. More information is at webb.org/news.
