Obituary: Bethann Hurlbutt Vincent

Bethann Hurlbutt Vincent died December 15, 2017 at her home in Kaneohe, Hawaii. She was 44 years old.
Mrs. Vincent was born in Omaha, Nebraska on March 23, 1973, and spent her early years in Claremont. She attended El Roble Junior High and was a member of the National Charity League, the Tick-Tockers.
At Claremont High School, she excelled in academics and played on the girls’ tennis and soccer teams.
She attended her first two years of college at the University of California, Riverside where she was a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. She and her family moved to Anniston, Alabama in 1993.
She went on to graduate from the University of Alabama with academic honors and a degree in international marketing. Ms. Vincent lived in Honolulu and Kaneohe, Hawaii for the last seven years of her life.
She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Vincent; parents, Robert and Janece Hurlbutt; sister, Kate Hurlbutt Sroka; brother, John Hurlbutt and his wife Deidre; and nieces Carson Sroka, Annabel Hurlbutt and Sydney LeBlanc.
A memorial service will be held in Claremont in April, 2018.
