The Claremont High School Theatre department will present their annual Friends of Our Theatre (FOOT) Auction on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 19 and 20, at 7 p.m. at the Candlelight Pavilion. The event will feature selections from the musical The Lion King in an evening of dessert, music, dance and fun. 

This fundraiser, with performances by the Musical Theatre class, is the kickoff event of the department’s season and will include a preview of the upcoming spring musical Shrek. The auction features an array of goods and services to suit anyone’s holiday needs, including a vacation home, party help for holiday events and a musical quartet of CHS Chamber Singers. Additional items such as fine jewelry, manual labor and numerous themed baskets will also be available for auction. Pictures and descriptions of all items can be easily located on the CHS theatre website at chstheatre.cusd.claremont.edu.

Tickets are available online at the CHS ASB webstore for $7 or at the door for $8. Candlelight’s desserts will be available for an additional charge. The Candlelight Pavilion is located at 455 W. Foothill Blvd. in Claremont.
