After field sobriety tests, she was arrested for evading a peace officer, DUI, and driving on a suspended license, all misdemeanors. She was transported to the Claremont jail where she allegedly refused to provide a chemical sample, prompting police to add misdemeanor violation of a court order to her charge list.
