CUSD celebrates its Board of Education

Joining over 1,000 California educational agencies, Claremont Unified School District recently recognized the contributions of CUSD Board of Education members Bob Fass, Kathryn Dunn, Richard O’Neill, Kathy Archer, and Alex McDonald during School Board Recognition Month.

“Board members are our elected representatives and a vital link between the school district and the community,” wrote CUSD Superintendent Dr. Jim Elsasser in a news release. “The board sets the foundation and vision for the district, directs resources where they are most needed, and ensures accountability to the community by monitoring progress toward goals. Their end goal, of course, is to support and elevate student achievement.”
