‘Holiday Glow, Low and Slow’ next week at CLMA
Claremont Lewis Museum of Art, 200 W. First St., Claremont, invites folks 21 and over to a 6 to 9 p.m. low rider ornament making workshop on Thursday, December 19. Admission is $50, museum members $40. “Holiday Glow, Low and Slow” part of the museum’s art night out series, will be led by artist Jaqueline Valenzuela who will speak about her art and the culture around low riders. Guests may also explore “Home in Aztlán: The Garcia Collection of Chicanx Art,” CLMA’s newest exhibition. Snacks, wine, and beer from Claremont Craft Ales will also be available.
