33rd ‘Making Change’ contest underway
Claremont students are invited to submit entries for the 33rd annual “Making Change” contest, which gives them an opportunity to recognize and honor champions of human rights and social justice.
Kindergarten students to CUSD high school seniors who live in or attend school in Claremont can submit letters, essays, multimedia presentations or group works for the contest. All entries must be submitted at ci.claremont.ca.us/makingchange by Friday, January 27. More information on each category can be found online.
An awards ceremony is scheduled for February 27. Winners from each individual category will receive $100 and a certificate from the city and CUSD.
