On Friday, October 29, VomFASS Claremont and Whiskey Loves Basil will host Mysterious Absinthe, an evening discussion aimed at dispelling myths and uncovering the truths behind absinthe.

“Spend an hour or so with us learning the history and mystery of absinthe while enjoying two absinthe cocktail demos with full tastings! Cocktail demos and tastes will be provided by the ever-famous Geniece from Whiskey Loves Basil,” the event’s description read.

Tickets can be purchased for $25 (plus tax) online on their Eventbrite page. Proof of vaccination is required before entering the event and masks will be required, except while attendees sip their cocktails.

“We do promise we will do our very best to make it as safe as possible. We hope you will join us,” the description concluded.
