The Claremont Kiwanis Club are again lending a helping hand again this holiday season by participating in the Inland Valley Hope Partners Christmas Adopt a Family effort. They are asking for the community’s help to make it a success.

“With your help, we will be bringing holiday gifts to a single mother raising a total of 12 children and grandchildren. Join with us to bring joy to this family,” a recent post on the Claremont Kiwanis Club website read.

Requested items include clothing, essentials, and toys for children between the ages of 6 months and 15 years old. The drive is also asking the community to donate everyday household items including kitchen, bedroom and bathroom essentials. One need in particular is comforters for boys’ and girls’ rooms.
