Cal Poly’s ‘tomatozania’ kicks off Saturday

Tomato varieties such as better boy, early girl, green zebra, Cherokee purple, and many more will go on sale Saturday, March 16, at Cal Poly Pomona Farm Store, 4102 S. University Dr., as part of the school’s annual “tomatozania” sale. The store is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The farm store also sells homegrown herbs, zucchini, squash, cucumbers, beans, lettuce, strawberries, dragon fruit and more, all tended and harvested by CPP plant sciences majors.
