CGU Conversation with Paramount Pictures’ Lorenzo di Bonaventura

On Thursday, October 28, Claremont Graduate University invites the public to join in their Zoom discussion with Paramount Pictures film producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura and CGU President Len Jessup about films and the pandemic.

President Jessup, alongside the founder of Bonaventura Pictures, will “explore how the movie industry pivoted during the pandemic, and what we might expect from the movie industry after COVID-19,” according to the Eventbrite page describing the event.

The pair are set to answer questions such as “Have you gone to the movies lately? What are you streaming at home? How has your movie-going experience changed over the last year and how is it likely to change going forward?” However, the community is invited to submit their own questions for the duo to discuss when registering for tickets.

The online discussion will be held between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. and is free to all. Residents can register and find more information at www.cgu.edu/event/cgu-in-conversation-with-paramount-pictures-lorenzo-di-bonaventura. For questions, email mary.romo@cgu.edu or call (909) 621-8264.

“In addition to serving on the Claremont Graduate University Board of Trustees since 2015, Lorenzo di Bonaventura is a film producer perhaps best-known as the producer of the Transformers films and has been involved in the production of more than 130 others,” according to CGU.
