Chocolate Walk happening this Saturday

Claremont is about to get a lot more sweet and savory this year. The Claremont Educational Foundation is set to host their 2021 Chocolate Walk on Saturday, December 4.

The event welcomes participants to walk around the Claremont Village while tasting different kinds of chocolates from merchants. The Chocolate Walk, which will be the fifth one put on by CEF, will take place between 2 and 5 p.m. Patrons are encouraged to show up 30 minutes early for check-in at Shelton Park to receive their map and passport. At the end of each patrons’ journey, they’ll receive a golden ticket which enters them into a communitywide drawing for the day.

Tickets can be purchased online at www.supportcef.ticketspice.com/cef-chocolate-walk-2021. Admission is $25 per person and a four-ticket family package is available for $80. Additional fees will be applied at checkout. Residents can also donate to the Claremont Educational Foundation at checkout.

Proceeds from the event will go to support the Claremont Unified School District. According to their website, CEF “is a local nonprofit organization that raises money to support art, music, technology and Teacher Innovation Grants in the Claremont Unified School District.”

Join in the walk and support CEF in a sweet way.
