City to host a second free ‘civility workshop’

The City of Claremont’s Committee on Human Relations will host a second “Let’s Start with Civility” workshop from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, May 11 at the Alexander Hughes Community Center, 1700 Danbury Rd.

The free and public workshop is designed to teach residents how to express disagreement on controversial topics respectfully and civilly and will feature case studies, videos, and role-playing exercises. Light refreshments will be served.
