CLMA looking for a new executive director

The Claremont Lewis Museum of Art is looking for a new executive director just over a year after hiring Adrienne Luce for the top spot.

Luce is leaving to take on an expanded role with HMC Architects, according to a CLMA press release.

Changes are also taking place in the museum’s governance: after serving five years, board president Elaine Turner has stepped down, and Ryan Zimmerman has been named the new president of the CLMA Board of Directors.

Zimmerman was quoted in the release as saying “Adrienne has provided outstanding leadership and curatorial expertise over the past year, and we wish her all the best.”

The museum is looking for candidates with administrative experience in a community-based arts organization who can provide leadership in fund development, exhibitions, and staff management for the executive director position. To apply, or for more info, go to clmoa.org/careers.
