The Democratic Club of Claremont’s October program, “Speaking Softly While Carrying Big Sticks,” will be presented by Karen May. The program will initiate the club’s activities toward a successful 2022 election for Democrats.

May, with an educational background in community economic development and economic analysis, has worked to form coalitions and collaborations in the Inland Empire. She has worked as an organizer, campaign manager and field headquarters director.

The Monday, October 25, program will be followed by a brief members business meeting. All will begin at 7 p.m. and end at 8:30 p.m.

Chris Naticchia has assumed the office of President of the Club following the resignation of Sam Pedroza.

The public is invited to this free and open meeting, via Zoom.
