Active Claremont is holding a Claremont City Council candidate forum for city council districts 2, 3 and 4 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, September 15 in the Padua Room of the Alexander Hughes Community Center, 1700 Danbury Rd., Claremont.
