The Service Center for Independent Life and San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center are offering adults with disabilities an in-person social connections workshop series that will kick off in early 2023.

The free workshops will be broken up into three eight-week sessions, with the first series set for every Saturday from January 28, to March 18, 2023. Workshops will take place between noon and 1:30 p.m.

The series will help those enrolled understand topics like friendship, safe social media usage, how to self-regulate your emotions, resolving conflict, and more.

Classes will be held at SCIL’s Spring Street Center office, at 107 S. Spring St., Claremont. To register for one of the three upcoming series, visit docs.google.com/forms.
