The City of Claremont and William Lyon Homes have scheduled a public informational meeting for Tuesday, August 19 at 6:30 p.m. regarding the residential project located on the former strawberry field at Towne Avenue and Base Line Road.

The developer received approval for a portion of the residential project from the Architectural Commission last month; however, several community members raised concerns about the project’s architecture. As a result, the project’s architect, William Hezmalhalch Architects, Inc. and William Lyon Homes will conduct a presentation on the architecture that has been approved by the commission in addition to the two building types and pool building, which have not yet been presented to the Architectural Commission.
