Here’s a great chance to get a delicious picnic meal at a great price. The culinary students of LC Vocational Training Center and Lifetime Community Based will be preparing three different healthy tasty meals to those interested in food that improves health and longevity. The menu will consist of one entrée, one side, one desert and a summer breeze drink.

Menu options will include fettuccine, pan-fried chicken, salmon en papillote and other home style cooking foods. The picnic will be held at Cahuilla Park, picnic area one, on Thursday, June 18 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The cost is only $5, with all proceeds being donated to veteran’s charities the organization supports.
