Officers from the Claremont Police Department responded to Pizza n’ Such, located at 202 Yale Ave., in response to suspicious circumstances. Officers determined that an unknown suspect had gained entry into the building during the evening hours. Once inside, the suspect(s) gained access to the hallway that leads to additional businesses on the second floor.

The suspect located a communal bathroom key and attempted to use it to force open a door to one of the businesses, but was unsuccessful. There was no property loss.
