The Alzheimer’s Association hosts the Walk to End Alzheimer’s this Saturday, October 10 at Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario. The walk is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research.

Walk to End Alzheimer’s unites the entire community — more than 450,000 participants that include family, friends, co-workers, social and religious groups and more—in a display of combined strength and dedication in the fight against this devastating disease. While there is no fee to register, each participant is expected to fundraise in order to contribute to the cause and raise awareness.

Local sponsors, including Sunrise Senior Living and Claremont Place, will be participating. Registration begins at 7 a.m. and the walk begins at 9 a.m. Citizens Business Bank Arena is located at 4000 East Ontario Center Parkway, Ontario.
