Monica Jaurigue, 39, of Rancho Cucamonga was pulled over near the corner of Edinboro Avenue and East Baseline Road, according to Sgt. David DeMetz.

When authorities searched her vehicle, they found multiple pieces of stolen mail from different houses in the area. A further search of her car revealed multiple stolen credit cards in different names.

In all, Ms. Jaurigue allegedly stole mail from 12 different homes—five in Claremont and seven from other cities, according to Sgt. DeMetz.

Ms. Jaurigue was arrested for possession of stolen property, identity theft, giving a false name and having eight different warrants for her arrest. Her bail has been set at $50,000 and she is scheduled for arraignment at Superior Court of Pomona on October 14.
