Three north Claremont homes hit in burglary spree

Police are looking for suspects who went on an apparent burglary spree in north Claremont last week.

All three burglaries occurred within a two-hour timeframe—between 7:11 p.m. and 8:54 p.m.—on Thursday, September 29, Claremont police said in a press release.

The first burglary occurred on the 700 bock of Livingston Court between 7:11 p.m. and 7:20 p.m., the second occurred on the 3300 block of north Mills Avenue between 8:13 p.m. and 8:20 p.m. and the third burglary occurred on the 300 block of Pomello Avenue between 8:30 p.m. and 8:54 p.m.

Police stated the suspects forced entry into all three residences, though it was unclear how. The same light-colored sedan was reportedly seen at all three homes at the time of the burglaries.

The possible burglars, according to police, were described as African-American males in their 20s, wearing light-colored hooded sweatshirts and light-colored pants.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Claremont Police Department at (909) 399-5411.
