Masked burglar steals cash, medication from Hendrick’s Pharmacy

Police are looking for a man in a white mask who stole cash and medication in a Friday morning burglary at Hendrick’s Pharmacy.

Officers received a call of an alarm activation at the business on 137 Harvard Avenue just before 6 a.m., according to a police statement. When they arrived a minute later, the glass to the business was shattered and the suspect was nowhere to be found.

Officers determined the burglar used a yellow crowbar to shatter the glass.

Video surveillance at the scene captured the suspect. He is described as a man of unknown race, five feet, seven inches tall wearing a dark colored skull cap over a white mask covering his face with two eye holes in it, police said. He was wearing a a dark-colored sweatshirt with “Nike FC” on it in white lettering, dark pants, black shoes and black gloves.

Anyone with information should call the Claremont Police Department at (909) 399-5411.
