Creamer thief wrestled to ground second time around

On Sunday, September 10 a man was arrested for robbery after getting into a fight over coffee creamers.  entered the Chevron gas station on the 200 block of south Indian Hill Boulevard and began loading up on coffee creamer cups. The employee tried to stop him, saying they were only free for people who bought coffee, but Mr. Lustig left the scene. He returned just before midnight and tried to steal more creamers. This time, the employee confronted him, and Mr. Lustig reportedly shoulder-bumped the employee as he tried to leave. Several patrons saw the incident and intervened, wrestling Mr. Lusting to the ground and holding him until police arrived. He was arrested on a robbery charge and transported to CPD jail.
