Summer is back with 100 degree days

A low pressure system blew through Claremont on Friday, creating windy and cloudy conditions with below normal temperatures. Storm clouds hovered around the mountains, but produced little to no rain. This taste of fall will end quickly as temperatures heat up to the upper 90s by Sunday, while hanging around for several days. Saturday highs will be in the middle 80s, and cooling off to 60 at night. The good news is even with 90-plus degree weather, the mornings will cool off to the low 60s. COURIER photo/Peter Weinberger
