Claremont police investigating Sanamluang burglary
Police are investigating after Sanamluang Thai Cuisine was broken into Friday morning.
Police responded to a burglary alarm at the restaurant at 710 south Indian Hill Boulevard just after 6 a.m., according to a release from the Claremont Police Department. Around the same time, a witness called police and said a male suspect was seen breaking into the restaurant.
When police arrived, the burglar had already fled. There was no known property loss, due to the fact that restaurant employees regularly empty their cash registers and leave them open when they close, police said.
Video surveillance captured the male burglars breaking into the restaurant. They are both described as five feet, five inches tall to five feet, eight inches tall with small builds and wearing hooded sweatshirts. No suspect vehicle is seen.
Anyone with information is urged to call the Claremont Police Department at (909) 399-5411.
