Whole Foods 365 opened Wednesday

Whole Foods Market 365 opened its Upland location Wednesday, May 30 at 9 a.m. at 2153 W. Base Line Rd. The 30,000 square foot store is the ninth Whole Foods Market 365, and the first Whole Foods Market store in San Bernardino County.

The store will offer products free of artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners, preservatives and hydrogenated fats.

Store features for Upland include The Bar and Noodle by Kikka Sushi, which is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Kikka Sushi’s has a complete menu of noodle bowls, rice bowls and a bar with sake, wine and beer. Also, Picnik, is open daily from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Picnik, which was founded in Austin, Texas, will serve specialty coffee and smoothies.

The first 100 customers in line on Wednesday received a Whole Foods Market 365 gift card ranging in value from $5 to $365 and a free reusable tote bag. Doors open at 9 a.m.

Regular store hours are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week.
