The Claremont Police Department invites residents to attend National Night Out on Tuesday, August 7 from 6 to 10 p.m. at Memorial Park, 840 N. Indian Hill Blvd.

The police department, in collaboration with other community groups, will have several exhibits on display, as well as games and prizes for the kids.

An In-N-Out truck will provide freshly-made hamburgers to residents who pick up tickets at the police station. Claremonters should visit 570 W. Bonita Ave. before police distribute the 550 free meal tickets (only one ticket per person).

The fun evening will close with a special screening of Despicable Me 3, the family-friendly animated film featuring those adorable yellow Minions.
