Claremont police direct traffic around a traffic collision at the corner of Harrison Avenue and Indian Hill Boulevard on Thursday. A brown colored BMW SUV was traveling north on Indian Hill when the driver failed to make the turn leaving the roadway and crashing into the traffic signal. The impact knocked the combination traffic and street light from its foundation and into the street completely blocking the northbound lane.
