It was all hugs and kisses for Claremont’s own Chuck Farritor and good friend Karen Chapman Lenz as
Mr. Farritor celebrated his 95th birthday with family and friends at his home in Claremont. It was easy to
reminisce in his office, which is decorated with historical photos of his family dating back to the 1880s. That
includes a photo of his parents, upper left, on the family farm in 1888. Chuck was quick to point out that
