Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden, at 1500 N. College Ave., Claremont, hosts its annual Luminaria Nights event from 6 to 9 p.m. December 13 and 14, and December 20 and 21.

This year more than 1,000 hanging lanterns will adorn Garden trails and dapple the night with festive light. Traditional luminaries will be placed at venues, where musicians will provide ambiance.

General admission tickets for the enchanting at Claremont tradition in which the Garden glows with light for the holidays are $16 for adults, $12 for children, seniors and students, and $12 and $8 for RSABG members. 

The Garden is a living museum spread across 86 acres with curated collections of more than 22,000 California native plants, some of which are rare or endangered.
