Padua Park and Potato Mountain are two beautiful landmarks in Claremont known for views of the San Gabriel Mountains. It’s also a nice area to fly a drone because of open spaces to the north and east of the park. Although it may look like one flight to the top, the filming was done in sections because of FAA guidelines. The best place to access one of two trails up Potato is from the Evey Canyon parking areas off Mt. Baldy Road. Video by Peter Weinberger
