Meher McArthur, the current Gabrillle Jungles-Winkler curator of academic programs at Scripps College’s Williamson Gallery will be presenting at two programs this week. The first is tonight where she will give a free lecture with slides as part of the Nature as Inspiration in Japanese Art, at Pilgrim Place, Decker Hall at 7 p.m. 

On Thursday Sake Talk and Tasting includes a talk with slides and sake tasting with Ms. McArthur at Scripps College, Clark Humanities Museum at 5p.m The $45 price includes sake, Japanese appetizers and a unique hand-made sake cup.
