CLU officially makes Claremont home

The bottom floor was packed for the ribbon cutting ceremony officially opening the new Claremont Lincoln University offices on First Street in the Claremont Village on Thursday. The night was also significant because of CLU’s commitment to Claremont and how their new building could be used by the local community. They are excited to contribute. CLU offers online master’s degrees designed to give graduates a competitive advantage in the workplace. And it was an exciting moment for Kathryn Lincoln, daughter of founder David Lincoln, who endowed the university with a mission to educate future leaders with techniques to effect social change. It was also a big night for Claremont, as President Tony Digiovanni, center, helped cut the ribbon with Ms. Lincoln. COURIER photo/Peter Weinberger
